“Join Our Network”

BRIDGE CIC is a community organisation that helps people overcome barriers to education and employment. We deliver practical training, mentoring, and employer-linked programmes. These initiatives build confidence and digital skills. They also create clear progression pathways for young people and underserved adults.

Our work is grounded in evidence. It shows that targeted skills development improves long-term job outcomes. Strong support networks also enhance these outcomes.

We partner with schools, employers, local authorities, communities and funders to design impactful, measurable projects that create real opportunities. If you want to collaborate on inclusive, results-driven programmes, we are ready to work with you. These programmes strengthen communities and deliver lasting social impact.

Erasmus+ For All

BRIDGE CIC UK is a Community Interest Company based in Cambridgeshire. It is within easy reach of the historic academic city of Cambridge. It is also near the global capital city of London. We work at the intersection of community development, youth empowerment, adult learning, and international cooperation.

Although we are a newly established organisation, our strength lies in the extensive experience of our professional team. Our staff collectively bring many years of skill in coordinating, facilitating, hosting, planning, writing, and delivering Erasmus+ projects. This includes Youth Mobility (KA1), Cooperation Partnerships (KA2), and Sport initiatives. We excel in managing international partnerships. We deliver high-quality learning mobilities. We guarantee full compliance with programme standards and impact requirements.

As a Community Interest Company, our mission is rooted in social value. We are committed to empowering young people and adults through local initiatives. We engage in transnational collaboration and reinvest all surplus into community advantage.

We are now actively preparing for the UK’s return to the Erasmus+ programme in 2027. We are looking ahead to re-engaging as a committed and professional UK participant. We warmly welcome expressions of interest from organisations seeking reliable, experienced, and highly qualified partners. Our team combines strategic project management ability with practical delivery experience and a welcoming, collaborative approach.
